Six Ways We Keep Your Account Secure

Data protection at t1x is not a single measure — it is a set of overlapping controls applied at every layer from registration to withdrawal.

Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data moving between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3. Account records stored in our database are encrypted at rest using AES-256, so raw data is unreadable even if a storage layer is ever accessed without authorisation.

Cookie Controls You Can Manage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand how you navigate the lobby. You can review and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time from the cookie settings panel inside your account.

Account Access Verification

Every login is checked against the device fingerprint and location on record. Unusual patterns trigger a one-time password sent to your registered mobile, stopping unauthorised access before it can affect your account or linked UPI details.

Data Retention Schedules

We delete inactive account data after the period required by applicable Indian law. Payment records linked to Paytm or PhonePe are retained for the statutory period and then purged. You can request an early review of your retention schedule via the privacy team.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. If any detail — name, mobile number, linked UPI handle — is incorrect, you can update it in account settings or ask our privacy team to make the change within 5 working days.

Third-Party Data Sharing Limits

We share your data only with payment processors like UPI rails, Paytm and PhonePe gateways, and with identity verification providers required by local law. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstance.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you add a payment method, the identifiers associated with your UPI handle, Paytm or PhonePe account. We also log your device type and session activity for security purposes.

Submit a data export request through the in-app form or email our privacy team with your registered mobile number. We compile and send a structured export of your account data within 30 days of verifying your identity.

Yes. Send a deletion request to the privacy team with your account details. We will remove your personal data except where Indian law requires us to retain specific records — such as transaction logs — for a statutory period.

Only with the processors needed to run your account: UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payment rails, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where local law requires disclosure. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
